Too many equal contact choices
Imagine a visitor sees call, email, Instagram, WhatsApp and a form presented with the same priority. The business is reachable, but the next step is not obvious.
This is a fictional example — not a real client case study. It shows the structure and thinking we use when a business asks us to review a visible digital opportunity.
Imagine a visitor sees call, email, Instagram, WhatsApp and a form presented with the same priority. The business is reachable, but the next step is not obvious.
On a small screen, asking the visitor to compare several contact routes creates an unnecessary decision before they can act.
The issue is not that these options exist. The opportunity is to make one action primary and keep the others available as secondary choices.
Choose one primary contact action for mobile visitors, repeat it consistently through the page, and keep the remaining contact methods available without making the visitor decide between all of them at once.
Send us your website or social profile. We’ll look for a concrete point of digital friction and tell you the clearest next step we see.
